Meet our Doctor

General Practice (GP)
Originally from Wellington, Dr Scholtz graduated in 2006 at the University of Stellenbosch. She completed her Internship and Community service in Nelspruit.
Thereafter she worked in Pretoria as Casualty officer and General Practitioner. She moved to the Cape with her husband and two boys in 2016. She is now proud to provide accessible health care to the Somerset West community.

  • Urine and pregnancy testing
  • Management of skin lesions
  • Basic IMI/IVI medication administration
  • IUD insertion
  • Ultrasound (female health and basic gestational pregnancy scans up to 20 weeks)
  • Suturing of lacerations
  • Application of Plaster of Paris where indicated.
